Area 1 Venture Quest
Area 1 Venture Quest will be held on the weekend of May 9th to 11th at Horace Moses Scout Reservation in Russell, MA
This is a change of date due to some complications with the earlier date.
Host crews 180 and 168 are planning the menu while the Area 1 Venturing officers are working on the program.
The camp has COPE, climbing wall, a blacksmith shop and amateur radio, as well as basketball, volleyball and ultimate
Again this year there will be training sessons in the morning.
The Northeast Region Venturing Committee will also be holding a weekend long train the trainer for Kodiak Course Directors.
The fee for the weekend is set at $40 per person and again this year will include a t-shirt for all registrants.

The planning committee is aware the weekend ends with Mother's Day, but the plan is to have everyone on the road home by 11 AM.
