Sea Scout Ship 132, BSA
New Brunswick, New Jersey

Sea Scout Ship 132 is comprised of 15 youth living in and around the City of New Brunswick, New Jersey. As an urban Ship, the organization provides a unique opportunity to learn skills and access maritime experiences that otherwise are not available to young people from the City.

The Sea Scouts hold their regular weekly meetings at the Greater Brunswick Charter School at 429 Joyce Kilmer Avenue in New Brunswick on Thursday eveningsfrom 7:00 - 8:30 PM.

The Ship conducts sailing activities on Raritan Bay, with the Raritan Yacht Club in Perth Amboy, NJ as its port of call. The group is focused on sailing, and operates several boats, including a 23' PaceShip, 28' Islander, and a number of smaller, 20' Lighting class sailboats. The Ship also utilizes the Sandy Hook Bay Catamaran Club in Atlantic Highlands, NJ several times during the season to teach small catamaran sailing.

Sea Scout Ship 132 meets from February through August, and is sponsored by the Greater Brunswick Charter School. The group is supported locally by the Rotary Club, Kiwaniis Club, the New Brunswick Department of Recreation, and the Raritan Yacht Club.
