You don't need to be an "old salt" to help out with Columbia Ranger. Running a program like ours requires a wide variety of people and skills. Here is a list of needed skills.

	Painting
	Wood work and cabinetry
	Plumbing
	Electrical
	Com Tech
	Landscape maintenance
	Sales (selling donated boats and equipment)
	Fund raising
	Instructors (teach nautical skills like marlinespike, piloting, small boat handling etc.)
	Mechanic (30 hp Atomic 4 engines)
